Our approach to consulting is a collegial one. We always view our clients as colleagues and as an integral part of the project team.

In some cases, we act as consultants to an in-house team. We may be asked to develop one aspect of a project, such as strategy, or to serve as quality control.

In other cases, we provide turnkey service. We assemble and supervise the Syntragy project team while coordinating with client staff. We oversee the entire project, from concept through technology implementation to change management.

In all cases, we work with clients, focusing on success within the context of the client's business and operating environment. We first ask questions, listening to the answers. Then we analyze what we've learned, based on our knowledge and experience.

The process is a cumulative one, designed to eliminate rude surprises. At every point, we use client feedback to make adjustments to better fit client needs.
