Formed in 1999, Applied Cognitive Solutions is a woman-owned business. President Jerlyn Mardis has managed a consulting practice since 1983. She earned a BA and MBPM from Rice University and has taught in the graduate schools of business at Rice and the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas.
